Why Families Choose Us
Organising With Care — Not Just Efficiency
Heirloom Lab brings a different quality to estate organising and legacy conversations: one that values the human experience of the process as much as the folder at the end of it.

Six Things That Make the Difference
Facilitated, Not Just Instructed
Our sessions are led by trained facilitators who draw out meaningful detail from participants — not presenters who talk at an audience.
Honest About Our Scope
We are education and organising — nothing regulated. We say that plainly upfront, and we back it up with clear written scope notes in every keepsake folder we produce.
A Real, Usable Output
Participants leave with a physical keepsake folder or inventory that the whole family can reference — not a certificate of attendance or a PDF nobody opens.
Emotionally Intelligent Setting
Conversations about belongings and legacy are rarely emotionally neutral. Our facilitators are trained to hold that space with sensitivity and without rushing participants.
An Ongoing Community Option
The Legacy Stories Membership means families do not have to treat this as a one-off exercise — there is a warm community to return to, month after month.
Bangkok-Based & English-Language
We are here in Chatuchak, operating in English, within a city where this kind of support has historically been very hard to find.
Facilitation Expertise Built for This Purpose
General facilitation skills are not enough for the kind of conversations Heirloom Lab hosts. Our team has trained specifically in how to support families through discussions about belongings, memory, and legacy — conversations that carry emotional weight and personal history that most training programmes never address.
We have run over 200 workshops and sessions since 2021, and that accumulated experience shapes how we approach every single booking. We know which questions unlock the most meaningful stories, and we know when to sit quietly and let a family find its own rhythm.
What This Means for You
- Sessions led by facilitators with subject-specific training, not general workshop hosts
- Accumulated experience across 200+ workshops since 2021
- Ongoing facilitator development — methods improve with every cohort
- Referrals to qualified professionals wherever our scope ends
A Practical Organising Process, Not a Passive Class
The Memory & Belongings Workshop and the Heirloom Inventory Session are both hands-on. Participants do not sit and listen — they work through their own information, with a facilitator guiding the structure and keeping momentum gentle but present.
The inventory session produces a real catalogue at the end: items noted alongside their stories, document locations recorded clearly, and the whole thing organised into a format the family can actually use and update over time.
Process Features
- Active, guided sessions — not passive lectures
- Keepsake folder framework provided and filled in together
- Item-by-item inventory with story context recorded
- Output designed to be updated independently by the family
A Service Designed Around the Participant's Comfort
Our approach to customer care starts before the session. Every enquiry receives a personal response from a team member, not a template reply. We ask about your situation, explain what to expect, and answer every question without rushing you toward a booking.
During sessions, the pace follows the family. After a session, the team is available for follow-up questions. For members of the Legacy Stories community, that support continues month after month.
Service Standards
- Personal response to every enquiry within one business day
- Pre-session information call available for all new participants
- Post-session follow-up window for questions
- Ongoing access for membership participants
Transparent Pricing With No Hidden Steps
All session prices are listed openly. The Memory & Belongings Workshop is ฿3,600 per person. The Heirloom Inventory Session is ฿6,800. The Legacy Stories Membership is ฿11,500. There are no follow-on fees, no recommended add-ons, and no upselling during sessions.
We set prices at a level that reflects the time, skill, and care that goes into each session — and that keeps Heirloom Lab accessible to families who genuinely need this kind of support.
Pricing Principles
- All prices listed openly on the website
- No hidden fees or session add-ons
- No pressure to upgrade during or after a session
- Group booking options discussed on request

What Sets Us Apart
Distinctive Features of the Heirloom Lab Approach
The Keepsake Folder Framework
We developed our own structured folder format after working with dozens of families. It covers the information that actually matters and is designed so that any family member — regardless of technical confidence — can work with and update it over time.
Story-Led Inventory Approach
Our inventory sessions do not just catalogue objects — they record the story attached to each one. Who gave it to you? What does it represent? Who should know about it? That context is what makes the record valuable.
No-Obligation First Enquiry
Every enquiry receives a genuine human response. We explain our services clearly, answer all questions, and leave you to decide without any pressure. There is no sales script and no follow-up chasing.
Privacy as a Foundation, Not an Afterthought
We handle everything families share in our sessions with the same discretion we would want for our own. Our privacy practices are documented, followed, and available for any participant to read at any time.
