These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Heirloom Lab website at heirloomlab.blog and your participation in any workshop, session, or membership programme offered by Heirloom Lab ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your booking is the version that applies to that booking. For ongoing memberships, material changes will be notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance.

Heirloom Lab is an estate organising workshop studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. Our address is 54 Soi Lat Phrao 15, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. We can be reached at [email protected] or +66 84 517 6293.

General education and organising support only. Everything Heirloom Lab offers — including the Memory & Belongings Workshop, the Heirloom Inventory Session, and the Legacy Stories Membership — is provided strictly as general educational programming, family-conversation facilitation, and practical organising support. Nothing we do constitutes professional advice of any kind.

We do not provide legal advice, estate planning, document drafting, financial advice, tax advice, or any other regulated professional service. Session facilitators are not lawyers, notaries, financial advisers, or licensed practitioners of any regulated discipline, and they do not hold themselves out as such.

Where it is relevant and helpful, we will direct participants to consult appropriate qualified professionals and official bodies for their own individual circumstances. We encourage you to do so.

No outcome is promised as a result of attending any Heirloom Lab session or joining the membership community.

How to book. You may enquire about or book a session by submitting a contact form on our website, sending us an email, or calling us directly. A booking is confirmed only when we have sent you a written confirmation by email and, where applicable, received payment.

Accuracy of information. Please ensure that any information you provide when booking — including your name, contact details, and any relevant scheduling requirements — is accurate. We rely on this information to prepare for and deliver sessions appropriately.

Individual sessions. The Memory & Belongings Workshop and the Heirloom Inventory Session are offered as private or small-group appointments. Specific session times, durations, and any access requirements will be confirmed with you in writing before the session date.

Membership. The Legacy Stories Membership is a recurring subscription. By joining, you agree to the membership terms communicated to you at the time of enrolment, including the billing cycle and renewal process.

Prices. Current prices are listed on our website and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Our current prices are: Memory & Belongings Workshop — ฿3,600; Heirloom Inventory Session — ฿6,800; Legacy Stories Membership — ฿11,500 per membership period.

Payment timing. For individual sessions, payment is due at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For membership, billing follows the schedule communicated at enrolment.

Price changes. We reserve the right to adjust our prices. Any change will be communicated to you before it affects your booking or renewal. A price change will not apply to a session that has already been confirmed and paid for.

By you — individual sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the session date will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session date are not eligible for a refund, though we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule where circumstances allow.

By you — membership. You may cancel your Legacy Stories Membership at any time by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused membership days except where required by applicable law.

By us. In rare circumstances — such as facilitator illness or an unforeseen event at the studio — we may need to cancel or reschedule a session. If we do so, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled date at your preference. We are not liable for any costs you may have incurred in preparing to attend, such as travel costs, beyond the session fee itself.

Our sessions and community spaces are designed to be warm, safe, and respectful environments. We ask all participants to engage with one another and with our facilitators with kindness and patience.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session or to remove a member from the Legacy Stories Membership if their conduct is, in our reasonable view, disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to other participants. In such circumstances, we will determine any refund entitlement on a case-by-case basis.

Stories, personal situations, and materials shared by other participants in community sessions should be treated with discretion and not shared beyond the group without permission.

All content on the Heirloom Lab website — including text, images, guides, workshop materials, and the Keepsake Shelf design system — is the property of Heirloom Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials provided to participants in the course of a session (such as keepsake folder templates or inventory guides) are for your personal use in connection with your own family organising. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Personal stories, photographs, and family records that you bring to a session remain entirely your property. We will not use them for any purpose other than facilitating the session unless you give us explicit written permission to do otherwise.

General education, not advice. As noted in Section 3, our services are general educational and organising support. Decisions about your estate, documents, finances, or family arrangements are yours alone and should be made with the guidance of appropriately qualified professionals. We are not responsible for any outcome arising from decisions you make in connection with, or following, participation in our sessions.

Our liability to you. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the fee you paid for the relevant session or membership period. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing excluded unlawfully. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Your property. While we take reasonable care of any physical items brought to a session, we ask you not to bring irreplaceable originals of documents or items. We accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property brought to our premises except where caused by our own negligence.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to enquire about and book our services. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the site.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and available but cannot warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
