What We Offer

Three Paths Into the Organising Process

Each Heirloom Lab session is designed to meet families at a different stage of readiness. There is no single correct starting point — and no obligation to do everything at once.

How We Work

Our Organising Methodology

Heirloom Lab builds every session around the same core principle: meaningful organising is a conversation, not a checklist. We start by understanding what a family is trying to preserve — the stories attached to objects, the people who should know about certain documents, the practical information that would reduce stress at a difficult moment.

From that understanding, we guide participants through a structured process that ends with a real, usable record. The output is not a generic template — it reflects the specific family, their specific belongings, and the specific stories they chose to put into words.

Everything we do sits within the scope of general education and practical organising. We are explicit about this at every stage. Where participants need legal, financial, or other regulated input, we signpost them clearly to appropriate qualified professionals in Thailand.

Our sessions are available as single-session experiences or as part of an ongoing membership. Families can start with a workshop, proceed to an inventory session, and continue as members — or simply attend the one session that fits their current situation.

Memory and Belongings Workshop session

Session One

Memory & Belongings Workshop

฿3,600 per person · approx. 3 hours

A gentle educational session on general ways to record family stories alongside a tidy list of meaningful belongings. Participants produce a keepsake-and-information folder during the session, guided by a trained facilitator. The session is centred on memory and care, and is structured as general education only — personal arrangements are always referred to qualified professionals.

This is the ideal starting point for families who know they want to begin this process but are not sure where to start — or who want to approach it as a group before tackling individual details.

  • Introduction to family story documentation methods
  • Hands-on keepsake folder structure built during session
  • Guided conversation prompts for meaningful objects
  • Note-taking frameworks to take home and continue
  • Signposting to qualified professionals for individual questions

Process Overview

  1. Welcome, introductions, and session scope explanation
  2. Facilitated story-gathering exercise (objects and memories)
  3. Keepsake folder framework introduction and individual work time
  4. Short break
  5. Group sharing (optional) and note-taking frameworks
  6. Q&A and professional referrals signposting

Session Two

Heirloom Inventory Session

฿6,800 · half-day private appointment

Hands-on help cataloguing meaningful items and their stories, and noting where related documents are kept. The session produces one organised keepsake inventory — a practical organising service rather than personal advice on arrangements.

This session works best for a family member who is ready to go through specific items with a skilled organiser at their side. It can be booked as a private appointment for one person or a small family group, and takes place either at the studio or — in some cases — at a participant's home by arrangement.

  • Item-by-item cataloguing with story context recorded
  • Document location notes for each relevant item
  • One organised inventory folder delivered at session end
  • Format designed for independent updates after the session
  • No personal legal or financial advice given at any stage

Process Overview

  1. Pre-session call to understand scope and items to cover
  2. Session begins with framework walkthrough
  3. Object-by-object cataloguing with story prompts
  4. Document location recording
  5. Inventory organisation and review
  6. Handover of completed inventory and next-step guidance
